Services will re-commence Sunday 7 June 2020

Sunday Services

The NSW Government is relaxing restrictions on gathering for public worship to allow 50 worshippers in attendance. We are therefore looking to recommence our Sunday services next Lord’s day (7th June).

I understand that some may choose to remain in isolation and not attend the services. For this reason, the messages for each service will continue to be available on the website after each Sunday.

We encourage anyone to stay at home if unwell.

Those who choose to attend the services at the church will be required to:

  • practice social distancing at a minimum of 1.5 meters at all times.

  • Refrain from physical greetings or exchanges such us handshakes or hugs

  • Wash hands and maintain good hygiene practices

  • Use the hand sanitiser provided on entering and leaving the venue

  • Sneeze/cough into your elbow

The Government has indicated that during the service there is to be no singing. This will mean we will not have the usual communal singing of hymns/songs during our service.

Please be aware another requirement we must fulfil is to have a register of those in attendance at each service.

This will be kept in a safe place in the Church and only used in the case of any outbreak of the virus among the parishioners in attendance.

Until further notice we will not be celebrating the ordinance of Communion. This is to allow us to investigate how we can best ensure everyone is safe when we participate.

I commend these matters to you. Please continue to be in prayer for one another as we look forward everyone being able to gather together in fellowship.

Mid-Week Prayer and Bible Study Meetings

Our mid-week meetings will also be suspended until further notice.

We encourage you to be prayerful during this time and look out for one another.

It will pass in due course, and our God will see us through.

For as the heavens are high above the earth, So great is His mercy toward those who fear Him
